I made Annmarie an English snack-food that my mom makes me sometimes when I’m home. She used to make it a lot for my sister and I when we were little. It’s called English cheese on toast. It’s very simple to make. All you need is sharp cheddar, bread, and something that can broil the meal. You broil one side of the bread, and when it looks brown, and flip it over and put the sharp cheddar on top of it and broil the cheese/toast until the cheese is melted and then you take it out of the oven. If you like, you can put salt on top or something that I used to like doing is put sliced tomatoes on top of it for an extra yummy taste.
